Margaret,
Orwigsburg is a nice town. I would check with the local papers like the Pottsville Times Herald or the local merchandiser papers. i see rentals in there occasionally. I live in Schuylkill County as well. You could also contact a local realtor. Sometimes they have rentals that they manage for thier customers.
