Hi Alessands,

If you want to find a home in Coral Springs with good schools and a safe area, the best way to start is to recieve listings from a professional real estate agent right now and begin your search. I have been a resident for 24 years and my children have reaped the benefits of a planned community. It's a wonderful place to live! I can answer all of the questions you have once you get an idea of what you like. Please don't hesitate to call me with any concerns you have and let's begin the quest to find your dream home!

Hello, Alessands. It sounds like two big factors in your decision making process of where to move in Coral Springs are great schools and safe areas. As a mother of 4, I can understand the importance of this decision.

Coral Springs is and has always been a great area to raise children. It has wonderful schools and many lovely neighborhoods. I grew up in south Florida so I am very familiar with Coral Springs' great reputation. Here are some links to help you with your decision making process:

Hello Allessands:

As a Coral Springs resident for 11 years who loves this town and knows it as the palm of my hand, I can say that Coral Springs is one of the safest towns in Florida, and has great schools for you to chose. As a Realtor I have helped many families find their ideal home near schools of their preference.

I would be interested in knowing more about your needs, age of your kid or kids, this way I will be able to assist you in finding the place that best suits your needs. I have 3 kids myself, so I know how important that is.

In the meantime, a good resource is the City's website, http://www.coralsprings.org. You can click on the Departments tab, choose Police Department and see crime statistics. There is a map that shows statistics by area. It looks like it was last updated in April of 2010. You can also see schools ratings at http://www.browardschools.com, under School Info.

I look forward to helping you find your home. Please contact me through the email below.
