They are not altruistic, they are in it for the money; don't kid yourself.
You are trying to Market this yourself, obviously,
as Dr. Phil would say; "Let me know how it works for you."
Just as important as the MLS and condition is the third piece of the puzzle. Pricing.... price your home too high and you will lose potential buyer as they will not even see your property. Price your home at what the market will support and you will put yourself in the best position to receive top dollar and possibly even multiple offers. Make the mistake of putting too much padding in your list price will cost you thousands of dollars.
