There aren't that many townhomes, condos, or apartments in the Highlands area. There are a lot being built but they aren't rentals. There may be owners wanting to rent and there are usually half-duplexes and single family homes for rent . The best way to find those is to drive around the neighborhood. Also, I would check in the North Denver Tribune that comes out on the first and third Thursdays of the month, and Westword. If you don't live in the area now, let me know, and I'll see what I can do to help. Westword has an online version, but the North Tribune doesn't.
