I am due to receive my section 8 Voucher for Salt Lake County, in Utah, next week and I need to know the
exact Fair Market Rent for a 3 bedroom in this county. I have gone to HUD.com but I am not sure if that info. is correct or not, for on the site it stated that Davis County was $989 but a Housing Specialist there told me that it is $1095. Thanks In Advance

FIRST ANSWER
Hud.com should have the most updated general information. Each county specialist should be up to date on there areas of service so the information I have for Davis county also is $1095.00 based on quailifing stipulations which the specialist in that department should have as well.
