IF A PUD IS SOLD, AND THE PERSON IS NOT AWARE OF THE LAND OWNERSHIP AND SOLD THE HOME, WHAT CAN THEY DO?

You need to talk to an attorney and title company. These issues should have come up during attorney review and the title search.

If you are buying a home, and it turns out to be a PUD? If you have already closed you may want to see a lawyer to protect your irghts. You will need to review the listing agreement, was it notated? You will want to review the deed? Does it reference the PUD? You would need to prove it was hidden from you and your were damaged by these actions.
