Look for a Property Management Company to handle your lease, and the management of your income property. Many Commercial Real Estate Companies provide Property Management as well.

Hi, Idelle:

How much management are you looking for? Will you be living out of the area?

We are located in and specialize in Studio City and, as you know, Studio City has always been a much sought-after community.

I suggest you call the Coldwell Banker office in Studio City. There are agents who will lease your home. The property management part will depend on what services you require.

I am in Brentwood and away from your area thought I have sold properties in Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino and Woodland Hills.

I have several clients for whom I lease and do some property management.

If you want a full time property management company meaning that is all they do, I recommend Hammond and Hammond. They handle large apartment buildings and single family homes. They take care of everything.

All the best.

Idelle,
As a Realtor with a property management company I'd recommend that you talk to agents that you know or that work in the area. They will be able to steer you to the right person. Better than google go to the people that you know and ask.

Go google and determine what companies are out there, see request their years of experience, number of properties currently listed, and in their mgmt files. Sometimes a smaller group can provide better service. http://www.lynn911.com
