The information is correct - $300 annual fee - Swim Tennis with a brand new front entrance:) No Initiation fee. Go to the Association website for contact information. It is a mandatory association.

I found the same information as the other agents. $300 and includes Swim/Tennis. This sounds pretty reasonable. I would recommend either getting an agent to check or check for yourself the initiation fee...if there is one, like James recommended.

According to the fmls listings each say that the annual fee is $300 but no mention of an initiation fee. I would recommend checking in with the link above to get the most current information as some of the homes listed for sale have been on the market for quite a while and what is listed as the fee may not be current anymore.
