Right, why not. Go into Real Estate or loan origination. The bar to entry is very low and the profession shows it. Oh, wait - pays decently. For that part you might actually have to make a commitment to learning far more that most know. It does rule out part time if you want to be any good.

Seriously, if you have anything on the ball you might work out as an assistant to a real Realtor.
What is it that you have to offer that could help them.
Good luck.

Hi Denis,
Can you ask some simple questions, fill out a form, collect some documents and forward them our main office? World Leadership Group International can help you earn part-time or full-time income as loan originator. We are now "The Money Store" and this position requires no testing or license, just a state background check. We will also be helping homeowners pay down their mortgages in 1/2 to 1/3 the time using the innovative software developed by UFirst. You can enroll homeowners in UFirst without the need of a license. You can enroll thru the WLGI webite http://www.wlginternational.com, click on "Join" and enter the code CL1122 on the signup forms. We also do real estate as Global Realty Marketing, you will need a real estate license naturally to join this division. Hi Denise. From what I'm told, most decent paying jobs rarely have the need to advertise for new employees, as they fill openings quickly through word of mouth. If you're ambitious enough, I would suggest just finding what you are interested in, stopping in to see if they are hiring, and leave a resume with them for when they do have an opening. With doing a quick search online though, it seems as though most jobs being offered are geared towards teenagers entering the job market and offering minimum wage. Be sure to let all your friends know you are looking too-maybe someone knows of an opening somewhere. Best of luck!
