Hi Brendan,

As with most areas of MA property values have dropped considerably. Due to the substantial decrease in value in the single family area the condo market took a larger hit. A lot of them either have or will come off the market to be used as rentals.

This leads to the drive down in pricing. The positive note is that we are just about to the bottom of the dropping. If you are considering a condo this is a perfect time to buy as inventory is still plentiful but on the decline, if too much time passes you will have less to choose from which leads to paying more than you will now.

I would love to help you in your search.

Thanks,

I see no one here was able to answer your questions... and I am sorry, I can't either. But, if you'd like a referral to a local agent, I do have an extensive database of agents across the country and would be happy to put you in touch - email me directly vchrisner@kw.com (and tell me what county that is, so I don't have to look it up - it will help me search through my database - thanks).
