How do we find the going land (lot of 1.5 acres)rates in Okeechobee?

It is true that a Realtor is the best way to go in finding property that meets your expectations. It would be difficult to know about a 9 acre tract in a new equestrian neighborhood near Okeechobee that is now selling for one half its original price. That is correct, from $499,000 to $299,000. I have this listing and it is a great property for an investor or to build an equestrian estate in a beautiful location.

Contact a real estate agent. It can't be easier than that. Land is generally too dificult to search on the internet. Too many different types with too many restrictions. Good luck, Jon
