Hi Eugene:
I see you're located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, so I'm not sure how familiar you are with Texas geography, but that's a very large area! From Corpus Christi to Tyler is nearly 500 miles. If you are looking for Realtors or real estate agents in that area, there are probably thousands! If you are looking to buy a property in that price range, you could do a search of many different websites as well, some of which I'll mention here. If you are looking for a Realtor or real estate agent to list a property you want to sell, that would be a different answer.

There is a website called the Texas Listing Service http://(www.txls.com is the address), and they specialize in areas near Washington and Austin county (about one hour East of the city of Austin). There is our local MLS (multiple listing service), which is http://www.bcsrealtor.com, and that site serves mostly Brazos County and the towns of College Station and Bryan (about 1.5 hours NW of Houston). There is a website called Land Watch.com that features land all over the entire state of TX.

There are also a few magazines that have websites, including Texas Farm & Ranch http://(www.farmandranch.com), Texas Ranch Connection http://(www.TxRanchConnection.com), and the Texas Property Journal http://(www.texaspropertyjournal.com). You could also check out our website, which is http://www.BrazosLandRealty.com. We list and sell properties in that price range all the time. Our company represents both buyers and sellers. We have several agents in our office that specialize in farm and ranch properties, which are much different than residential or commercial real estate transactions. If we may be of assistance to you, please feel free to give us a call or write. By trhe way, I see you originally wrote your question back in December, but I did not find it until today. If you are no longer in the market, my apologies!

It's especially important if you are buying to find an agent that specializes in ranches and raw land. Many issues come up that aren't common in your average properties. I personally don't specializes in ranches or raw land, but could get you with one of two excellent agents in our office that do. Another possibility is to pick up a farm and ranch magazine for Texas and notice the advertisers.

Ensure that you get a very experienced agent that really knows the market and issues that can pop up!

Dear Mr. Du Bielak,

Are you looking for property in the College Station area or a broader area? As of this evening, there were 67 properties in the Bryan/College Station MLS priced between $800,000 and $1,200,000. I would be happy to speak with you further to find out better what you're looking for. My number is 979-224-2327 and my email is annette@annettethompson.com.
