Truilia uploads from several feeds. My listings are up loaded from my Z57 site. And from E-listing available on the Exit Resource Center. You should take a few minutes and stop by our new office on Atascocita Rd at Will Clayton.

Trulia accepts only XML feeds for property listings which I must admit are pretty hard to do if you're an individual trying to list their own house for sale because it would require that you have a website from which Trulia can get your feed. It is my hope that Trulia will add a more user friendly feature for adding properties.

Ryan, Trulia is not using listings from MLS directly. You need a something called feed. Do you see "RSS" sign close to "Subscribe" and "Share"? This is a feed. Your broker could submit it for you. Go to the page http://www.trulia.com/brokers/ and scroll down until you'll see "3. Feed type supported by Trulia" -- click on it and that is a feed in XML format.
