Call SRP. If you know the address of the house and it is empty they will give you a high and low for last year. Pool or no pool makes a big difference. Water features on pool make a difference.

You can call the utility company and ask for the records. Keep in mind that the person living in the home may not use utilities like you will. You may have 2 people in your family and the previous people may have 6. Or they may keep their a/c at 85 in the summer and the average will be low etc...

SRP is 602-236-8888

When you locate a property I would recommend calling the utility companies and they will give you a high, low and average bill for the past year on the property. Some properties can be very high and others very low depending on size, construction, insulation and other factors.

Chris

We can talk and I could give you some numbers to work with depending on the house, for more accurate numbers call the utility provider.

SRP will generally provide you with an average for a property, they won't give you exacts because that is private information.

There are a lot of variables that depend on the house, the neighborhood, the utility company, the age, size, and build of the home.

However you can call the utility company (SRP or APS)and they will give you a high, low and average for the address that you give them.

Thank you

Dear Chris,

The best way to find out is by asking the landlord or seller. Utilities in Gilbert vary a lot depending on the square footage of the home, energy efficient windows, blinds, insulation, etc. Gas can be really unexpensive in Gilbert for some uses (water heater etc) and super expensive for a hot tub heater for example.

This is something that you can better answer once we know your properties needs?

How many bedrooms, baths, type of flooring, one story, two story, pool, etc?

Let us know if we can be of further assistance

You are over generalizing by a huge amount. Utility costs vary by house size more so than by city.
