Nice place. Still somewhat of a small town, but I think the prospects for Denton are great. UNT is there and a main focus of the town. Also TWU. There are some good industries there too like Peterbilt trucks.
DART rail to Dallas will be added in the coming years and that will be a great addition to the city. We do assist clients with leases so if there is any way we can assist you moving forward please give me a call. Leases typically go pretty quickly in Denton as there seems to be a lot of demand and little inventory.
