That is a tough question to answer for a Realtor. I can say that there is organized trash pick up so that is not an issue. The Westview Heights area and also still close to community amenities like schools and shopping.
The subdivision is made up of older homes primarily built in the late 70's and there is a wide variety of home conditions. I think that this is due to the make up of rental property vs owner occupied property which is close to 50/50. The homes are great starter homes for first time buyers because of the reasonable price and available space. Most have around 900 sqft on main and 500-600 in basement. Many are split foyer style homes. It is an area where a buyer can find many good deals. I think there are a lot of homes for sale because Landlords and owner occupants alike are ready to upgrade.
Hope this helps.
