Hello, Is it poss to have a realtor sell your home and coordinate the rental of another property? I'd need the $ from the sale for my sec. dep.

Yes, of course! We can definitely sell your home, and then at the same time find you a rental.. You could then go to settlement for your home, and take those proceeds to pay for the security deposit of that rental. Not a problem at all.
