As far as a place where lesbians gather there is a bar on Grand Boulevard in New Port Richey called Waterside Landing.

Which university? There is a big gay community in Gulfport and St. Petersburg. When finding a home it is best to just call the police department in the areas you would like to live in to see about the crime statistics.
