Has the Hill behind Marin General slid much this winter?
Years ago I sold a condo in Kentfield or was it Greenbrae? Whatever... It was at Spyglass Hill off of Via Casitas. up above the Marin General Hospital. I remember that a huge chunk of hill was sliding down into Marin General Hospitals backyard. The condo associations and the hospital were negotiating to mitigate the problem. With the recent rains, has that hill slid any more? Have there been many slides this winter in Marin?

We had a huge storm two weeks ago here in Marin, which I am sure, passed thru Sacramento, and then to Tahoe (we went skiing the week after); we actually had gusty winds to 50/60 miles per hours, and get this, thunders and lightnings (we don't have those much in Marin), and torrand rains. We were in and out of town for the holidays so I did not catch all the news, but did not seem like we have much much slide. A few local floodings, but nothing like what we had two years ago (has it been that long?),

Don't mind that rain though - would be good to get some snow so there won't be a drought next year.

I was just showing a condo on Via Casitas last Saturday and the hill is sliding again. They have one lane of the street closed off for repair vehicles. It appears that they are shoring it up again. The area affected is above the "Tamalpais" retirement building.
