Our Highway Department n Armonk is second to none and maintain the streets extremely well. Any snow fall is taken care of ASAP and we are the envy of surrounding areas and Greenwich, Conn.!!

The street location of the 3 other HOAs in Armonk (aside from Wampus Close) is Old Rte. 22. Cider Mill, Whippoorwill Hills and Whippoorwill Ridge are side by side on this street. All three developments are in walking distance to town, within seconds to the highway and 10-12 minutes from the train station. There are four HOA s in Armonk: Wampus Close, Whippoorwill Hills , Cider Mill and Whippoorwill Ridge. They are all within a half mile of each other and feature a combination of detatched as well as attached homes. Whippoorwiil Ridge and Whippoorwill Hils also have a pool, tennis courts, and a community " house".
They pay indivdual taxes and common charges and sell as single family homes.
