be built next year in the shape of a house. It will also be camouflaged by trees. What does that say about the area though? And does the actual pump diminish the value of the property? Thanks!
Hi there Pawelkop Team,
This is in response to the question to my question today regarding the stormwater pump. The house we put an offer on revealed this in the disclosure. It is scheduled to start next year at this address: 2921 W Alline Ave, Tampa FL 33611. There used to be a house there, but not anymore. In the Tampa Government website, tampagov.net, go to the right hand corner and where it says Select a Department go to Contract Administration. Click on that. Then, click on a link that says Architectural/Engineering/Construction RFQs. Scroll down the page and you will see it on 7-D-56. See if that helps you. And any information you may find out, I'd appreciate if you shared it. Many thanks! JC
What area of Tampa are you speaking about? Can you please post a link to the article that talks about this pump?
I have not heard of this project. I live in the Palma Ceia area where all of the flooding accures. I am also the president of our neighborhood association. There has been no communication from the city about any such pump project. In fact what the city is proposing is tunneling from the Dale Mabry / Neptune intersection as well as one other intersection near by and running it west under ground and having it come out into the water just beyond the shore line.
