Eastman Lake and Golf in Grantham, NH

We would like to know about the Eastman area for both vacation rentals (we would rent for a summer vacation to get to know the area) and possible purchase of a townhouse. What is the area like, would it be a good investment to buy a 4 season vacation home there (not for rental purposes). Thanks

Hi We just had a very nice home built in Eastman that we are looking to sell; it is has 3 bathrooms, 2 completed bedrooms and a space for a 3rd bedroom or bonus room depending on the buyers needs/wants. The home backs up to the golf course, has a garage, a beautiful open concept with a loft family room. Never been lived in...so brand new...great hardwood floors, appliances etc. All in the much desired Eastman community!! Great location, nice home and perfect for primary or vacation home! If interested please contact us at dsorli@comcast.net.

Eastman Lake is about 200 acres. It is fairly quiet and has many second homes on the lake. I have sent you some.
