Does anyone know what those Lofts are about Spa Bleu in West Dundee, IL? Are those rentals, or do they belong to the commerical tenants below them?

FIRST ANSWER

Those were a conversion a few years back to condo lofts with roof access for the owners. The Spa Bleu business is separate from the loft owners. They are actually very nice units with an underground garage space. If you like livng right in town, it's a great choice!
