Will the city of Ham Lake, mn move forward with the proposed residential sewer and water plan off of hwy 65 and Cross town? What will this mean for the homeowners in that area?

Hi Neil!

This is a subject near and dear to my heart...and wallet as we were in one of the proposed areas for the water and sewer.

Last I heard the council voted 4-1 to keep private wells and septics and one acre minimums in the comprehensive plan. If they do anything at the corner of Crosstown and Lexington for the businesses, those who would benefit would pay. This is what was supposed to be in the 10 year comprehensive plan submitted to the Met Council for approval in June.

I posted some information in May on my blog...The link is below.
