It's centrally located to the RTP, RDU, shopping and restaurants. Very close to 540 if you're commuting and Umstead Park. The layouts are appealing as well w/ the tri-level design. The bedrooms are on the top floor while the kitchen & family room is on the second. They're quite spacious and appealing to buyers.
They range around the high 170s.
Hope this helps!
I actually have a couple of friends who live there now (and and some who used to live there) in that subdivision. It's a very convenient location...3 story townhomes with a bonus/game/bedroom and/or utility room on the ground floor, main living area on the 2nd floor, and bedrooms upstairs. The average cost per square foot is around $90 and average sales price is around $174K (ranges from 160's to upper 170's).
They've never had any problems there and enjoy the area. I also have friends that live pretty much directly across the street from Pinecrest Townes in Long Lake in similar style 3-story townhomes...Long Lake also has a pool and clubhouse whereas Pincrest Townes does not. The ones in Long Lake are in similar price ranges, but you may be more interested in subdivisions with recreation available. The HOA dues may be higher. I also know of a For Sale By Owner home in Long Lake as well as the ones listed on MLS currently.
If you'd like to take a look at them, let me know and I'd be glad to show you around. Just drop me an email using the website link http://www.wendynormanonline.com
