Does anyone have comments on Grayhawk - Venu and Edge Condos specifically?

I'm looking for a family environment, gated with a patio, garage and pool. 2 bd. I'd be interested in hearing about other areas that might be a good fit.

Appreciate the help.

Hi S,
I've sold a couple condos in that area and they are very nice. Most of the residents seem to be winter visitors and young couples. They do have nice amenities. I might suggest a similar area that is more family oriented would be the Desert Ridge development where you can get a 3 bedroom home in the low 300s.
