If you want to know any specifics about Reflection Lakes...call me @ 239-218-9400. I was a Sales Associate for Engle Homes (the community's developer) and sold many homes in this community.

Reflection Lakes has much to offer its residents. The water views available throughout Reflection Lakes are outstanding and truly set this community apart. The central amenities are top notch and well maintained.

The Reflection Lakes location in South Fort Myers off Summerlin Blvd south of Cypress Lake Drive is very convenient to all of Fort Myers including the beaches, shopping, downtown and the airport.

The housing options at Reflection Lakes include town homes, carriage homes and single-family homes, which provides for a wide range of lifestyles and budgets. Here is a resource to view active Reflection Lakes MLS listings: http://www.greaterftmyers.com/reflection-lakes.php

Good luck with your search!

Some of our clients have expressed concerns about HOA/condo fees at Reflection Lakes being higher than neighboring communities. like Parker Lakes

Reflection Lakes is great community. The landscaping is wonderful and it stays pristine all year round. Also, the gates are set up so that it is very hard to get in without a resident admitting you. The location is great and although it sits in the middle of Fort Myers, inside it has the feel that you are away from the city. Also, I have recently been told that the financial stability of the HOA is strong. When an offer is made, the HOA docs and budget will be provided to you so you can confirm this. If you have any questions please call me at 239-218-0986. I can help with any of the communities here in Lee County. Hope this helps.

Reflection Lakes is a great community ,close to all ammenities and in good financial condition.Prices are low but have been stable in a time where communities that have financial troubles prices have tumbled. I think it is a wise choice.
