I am a Realtor working in the Hill Country, yes Cielo Rio is the developer, there are acreage lot available.

I about 1 hour south of Bandera and I've heard about this development coming in. The hype is that it will be very well laid out w/ large acreage lots that all offer gorgeous hill country views. Unfortunately, I can't say that I do know the developer. What specific information would you like to know about them? Perhaps I can check around here at my office.
