No it doesn't Henry. I drive that area all the time. It does come right up to Del Prado, but it isn't connected.
The only road that connects to Del Prado in that area is Averill Blvd.

Mapquest shows that it does but last time I was up there it did not and all of my maps show it does not. I think maybe mapqest is wrong on this.
