Yes, Ed.......I definitely have someone. I grew up there, hired this agent to sell my parents home in 1999, and since have given her mulitple referrals. She went on to successully represent other relatives, and is currently in the process of negotiating another lisitng again. Awesome credentials. Handled the sale of my parents home (my childhood home) with me out of state. (I had already moved my parents to NJ.)
