The property you have referenced sold in September, though you probably know this. I specialize in South Aurora and live near the Conservatory, so am very familiar with the area, in fact my friend lives in the very model you referenced and their family has been very happy living there. There is an exact model match currently for sale at a similar price, which is at the low end of the price scale (for a lender owned property).
