Hi,

Did you get what you need? Would you be interested in a lease to buy option on a 4bed / 3.5 bath condo that is second row with gorgeous views of the ocean and beach? Let me know. Thanks,

John

Available for rent, possibly for sale. Go to the clickable web link to see more details and 50 photos.
How about a great home at Myrtle Beach with good ocean views.
house is 200-240' from the beach with no roads to cross?
During the summer months, a week rents for $2400, less in the non-summer months.
See the web link for more details.

It has been a great investment for us and we first bought in this gated community in 1984. We now have a house built in 2001. The house has appreciated greatly in the past 4 years.

It has been fully rented during the summer and quite a bit of rental income in the non-summer weeks/months.

We might be persuaded to sell it for around $350,000. that would free up enough cash for us to buy two more.

Call Jane at 864-350-7128 or email me at janebkrueger@yahoo.com if you are interested. I will send you more information. In the meantime, start your research here:

Hi Darlene, We have a home that we want to rent in Myrtle Beach. It's located about 5 blocks from the beach. It's 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 full baths. It's in very good condition. It is within walking distance to Broadway at the Beach and The Palace Theatre. It's right in the heart of the attractions in a neighborhood called Foxcroft. We will take a 6 month lease @ 1000.00 per month. Call me anytime @ 1-803-468-4291 (mobile). I look forward to hearing from you!

Sincerely,
Debbie Bowen

Hi Darlene. I am a Real Estate Broker in Maine, but I own a property in Myrtle Beach. We rent throughout the year. It is just minutes to the beach and close to all area attractions. If you are looking to get a taste of the MB area, this home woud be perfect. We rent up quickly in the summer, but have some time in the fall and winter and have done 4-6 month rentals. If you are interested, let me know and I can give you some more info.

Please log onto my site http://www.MyrtleBeachHomePro.com and request a FREE newcomers guide. It has lots of great Myrtle Beach area information and again, its free. The market is such that if you have the means to purchase you may really want to consider purchasing because prices and interest rates are way down. If purchasing right off the bat isn't an option then by all means rent. I would be very happy to help you find a rental that would suite your needs.

Trulia does not have a section for rentals. You may want to try you local craigslist or the online version of your local newspaper.
