Maybe if you look like Sean there! Look cabbies go to Brooklyn - when they are going off work, or if the cab happens to be downtown and on their way there anyway... the way to get a cab to go where you need to go is to JUMP IN! never tell them where you are going until you are inside - it is illegal fo rthem to ask and they can get fined - also if a can ever passes you by, and it clearly is not empty and you feel slighted, you SHOULD REPORT THEM!! link below!!
