FIRST ANSWER

Most to all of the homes in the Weston Ranch Area have Mello-Roos. It is a special tax in newer home neighborhoods to pay for the upkeep of curbs, gutters, and streetlights.

The best way to find out if a property has Mello-Roos is to look it up on the Tax Assessors website, or ask your Realtor (r) to look it up.
