Considering renting in Lutz, Villa Rosa.... we have three boys 4, 8, and 10.

I have heard great things about elem and middle schools (greatschools.net), and like the house that we are seeing online. I am wondering if the neighborhoods have lots of kids, are generally friendly, and a good place to raise kids. We are also looking at West Park Village in WestChase, but the prices are a bit high. Thoughts??
