Condo conversion on a two unit building zoned RH1 with usage on 3R report as 2 units
If a two unit building is zoned as RH1 but the usage on the 3 R report is stated as 2 units can you fast track convert? Would that count as "grandfathered in"? Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Tanja-
I would go down to the "Department of Building and Permits" and get them to give you an answer on that one. It's tough and I have seen several 3r's over the years that were similar to the one you are describing. Good Luck!! Ken~ Sun Sep 23 2007, 18:19
