Can you recommend a property manager in the columbus area ? Also estimated cost ?

I am an out of state property owner and would like to hire a local property manager - do real estate offices have property manager specialists - as they do in california ? Also0 the average cost per month for managing the property . any help would be appreciated

I can say that the best property management company is Kennon Parker Duncan & Key. I am a Realtor with in their sales office.
The property management number is 706-327-2255.

FIRST ANSWER

I'm north of Atlanta and don't know a PM in the Columbus area, but those here generally charge about 10% of the monthly rental amount.
