Suggest going to craigs list. Look under rentals-- and needed location.

Rentometer.com is also another good source for prices, though I find their averages a bit high for the areas you are talking about. Craigslist.com is the best, or driving around looking for rent signs in a specific niegborhood works well. Also, not as used, but maybe someday, www.rentalsinCO.com.
