Hello!
I had sent an e-mail, asking for a website for Classified Ads pertaining to Rental Property either in Thornton, Welby, North Denver, or Westminster, CO. A single person needs to rent either a Loft, an Efficiency, or a Room-for-Rent at least by February 1, 2008. Will appreciate an e-mail to:
jewel48@grandecom.net Thanks!
Hi Julie,
Rentmarketer is very good, along with craigslist. HouseHitz.com also pushes ads to many other sites and is growing like wildfire.
Jom Lynch
rentals.com, denver.craigslist.org/apa are very good sites. I also advertise with rentmarketer.com, who pushes the ads to dozens of sites. The smallest list goes out to ThisProperty, RentalSource, Tenant.com, BackPage, LiveDeal, House.info, HotPads, GoogleBase, Geebo, FindHomeRentals, ForRentByOwner, SimpleRent, Tenantplus, HomeTownRent. Other sites are rentalhomepros and rentalhomesplus, 123rentahome.
Julie,
http://www.rentals.com formally http://www.rentclicks.com has become one of the best local and national rental websites out there. Keep in mind that rents can be as high as or even more than owning. For a comparison of renting vs. owning feel free to contact me.

Suggest going to craigs list. Look under rentals-- and needed location.

http://www.postlets.com will make it easy to distribute your rental info to the most sites in the least amount of time and it is free.
Rentometer.com is also another good source for prices, though I find their averages a bit high for the areas you are talking about. Craigslist.com is the best, or driving around looking for rent signs in a specific niegborhood works well. Also, not as used, but maybe someday, http://www.rentalsinCO.com.

Try rentclicks.com and/or realtor.com.
Craigslist or the local paper(s) is also a good idea.
Good luck,
Susan Walker
Julie - Craigslist.com for Denver is probably one of the best single sources for different housing options - Good Luck!
