Can you provide website for rental property ads in Thorton, Welby, North Denver, or Westminster, Colorado?

Asked by Julie Slaughter, San Antonio, TX Tue Jan 1, 2008

Hello!
I had sent an e-mail, asking for a website for Classified Ads pertaining to Rental Property either in Thornton, Welby, North Denver, or Westminster, CO. A single person needs to rent either a Loft, an Efficiency, or a Room-for-Rent at least by February 1, 2008. Will appreciate an e-mail to:
jewel48@grandecom.net Thanks!

Rentals.com is the best site out there. You have more flexibility with regard to filtering by price, beds, baths, Sq. Ft, price etc. They have more pictures and more info. Craigslist has more adds ( in the Denver market about 400+ per day), but it is tough to have to weed through every and in all of Denver Metro. If you have any further questions please email me anytime at josephrecchia@msn.com.

Hi Julie,

Rentmarketer is very good, along with craigslist. HouseHitz.com also pushes ads to many other sites and is growing like wildfire.

rentals.com, denver.craigslist.org/apa are very good sites. I also advertise with rentmarketer.com, who pushes the ads to dozens of sites. The smallest list goes out to ThisProperty, RentalSource, Tenant.com, BackPage, LiveDeal, House.info, HotPads, GoogleBase, Geebo, FindHomeRentals, ForRentByOwner, SimpleRent, Tenantplus, HomeTownRent. Other sites are rentalhomepros and rentalhomesplus, 123rentahome.

Julie,

http://www.rentals.com formally http://www.rentclicks.com has become one of the best local and national rental websites out there. Keep in mind that rents can be as high as or even more than owning. For a comparison of renting vs. owning feel free to contact me.

Suggest going to craigs list. Look under rentals-- and needed location.

Rentometer.com is also another good source for prices, though I find their averages a bit high for the areas you are talking about. Craigslist.com is the best, or driving around looking for rent signs in a specific niegborhood works well. Also, not as used, but maybe someday, http://www.rentalsinCO.com.

Try rentclicks.com and/or realtor.com.

Craigslist or the local paper(s) is also a good idea.

Good luck,
