Parkland is a very well maintained area that has 2 distinct parts. East Parkland is the original section which includes Pinetree Estates , The Ranches & Cypresshead which have large lots between 3/4 acre and 2 acres plus. The west side of Parkland is newer developments like Fox Ridge, Parkland Isles, Heron Bay & Parkland Golf & CC. These communities feature amenities like golf & tennis, clubhouses & community pools. The dominant architecture out west is a Mediterranean style with lush lawns and manicured landscaping.

Parkland, is the highest capita income in Broward County. The city is well maintained, the average priced homes is 600-3,000 million! Looks and feels like class, it has helped maintained the high property values.

Parkland has a blend of upscale gated communities and large acreage non-gated communities. As a Tree City USA, when you drive through the city you will notice a remarkable difference than other cities in south Florida. The homes are well maintained and property values are very stable.
