Hi Jay,

Both are great sister towns. You might also really enjoy Dunedin. It really depends what you're looking for. If you want to be on the gulf with a view, you'll actually find more options in Tarpon Springs and Dunedin. If perhaps you love golf, you mike really enjoy one of the condo communities by the Innisbrook golf course (see this link if you're a golfer http://pinellaspeach.com/category/pinellas-golf-homes/ . )

Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor and Dunedin are all beautiful coastal communities in Pinellas County. Crime is unheard of, people are friendly, and all are just a few minutes from the beach, shopping, nightlife, schools and more. And everything's on sale!

One thing to keep in mind is that financing is a tad tricky on some condo communities, and there are some ins and outs regarding that and you'll want an agent and a lender that are active in the area and attuned to today's market. Best part is, everything's on sale!

Give us a call at 727-366-0325 to chat and we'll better able to guide you. Sometimes it helpful to just bounce ideas around with an area expert.

Kind Regards,

Julia

Hi Jay,

If schools are important to you, you may want to make sure the house is within the Palm Harbor University High School boundaries. It's is without question THE BEST High School (including private schools) in Tampa Bay. Even if schools are not important, it will affect the future value of your investment.

Julia and Matt Fischel are great agents in the Tarpon Springs/Palm Harbor area and you may want to contact them to find your condo. Innisbrook condos within the gates of Innisbrook may only be shown to you by Securities Licensed Realtors so you may have to be referred to see those condos but I'm sure Julia and Matt will have a way around that.

Hope this helps you.

Start with the web, map the areas and then drive the communities. When your ready, call and interview some realtors. Pick one you feel comfortable with and use their expertise to find you the deals. There is a bunch. Happy hunting
