Can anyone tell me more about being a homeowner in Ocean Creek Plantation, Myrtle Beach?

We are considering purchasing a condo in one of the lodges, but are worried about being able to rent it since there has been such a glut of condo building in that whole area. Any help or insight form locals would be most helpful

Ocean Creek is a special property and the annual rentals continue to be strong and consistant throughout the year. They do have a Property Management company KA Diehl 843-839-0708 and a web sitehttp:// www.oceancreek.com. The web site is hosted by the rental manager. Great property and a great location with the best amenties.

Hey There.....If you are interested in purchasing strictly for rental purposes, it would be wise to check with the on-site property management to find out what their current occupancy rate is. I own a few rental properties in the Resort Community of Oceanside Village in Surfside Beach and all of my properties have rented pretty consistently for the past 10 years. This year has been an exceptional year for rental properties that are in a good location. I am also a Real Estate Broker in the same community and most of my homeowners who have rental property have been completely booked for the 2007 summer season and many of us are already booked for "Snow Bird" rentals. You can also ask for a rental history on the particular unit that is for sale. If you have a Buyer's Agent, they should be able to obtain the information you need. If not, please feel free to contact me and I will do what I can to assist you. Good Luck!

If you're interested in an area about an hour from Myrtle Beach, you could visit a new south carolina intracoastal waterway community now under construction - The Yacht Club at Belle Isle.

On the site is more contact information.
