At our condos we have a 10 percent lease law. We are at the 10 percent. Can an owner lease with option to?

buy and that not be the same as a regular lease and would not go over the 10 percent limit of leases.

FIRST ANSWER

that would need to be directed at the condo management since they might interpret it either way. The lease to buy would have a legal contract in place that the individuals were going to buy the home. It's different than a lease option, which says that they will consider buying the condo later.
