Betsy, I have a home in Snowflake which is used for a summer home. While building this home we lived in a 5 bedroom 3 bathe modular home. I own 7 lots on the street Only 3 of the lots are used. This modular home is on one end lot and the House is on the first 2 lots. This is located 13 miles East on Concho Hwy. I am interrested in renting the modular home for long term. I do not know what your budget is, and what kind of house you are looking for.

I do have one, which will have to be prepared, we started work on it and left it half done. Depending on your requirement, time line, taste and budget I can discuss that further. I need to know what you are looking for, and what is you preferred ballpark budget. Also will you prefer to spend more and get something very good , or get reasonable unit with lower rent but upscale shortcomings?

Snowflake is a small town and the twin town is Taylor, nearest big town is show low which has Walmart, homedepot and now Lowes, that is the town which also a a decent hospital with emergency halipad.

There was a Walmart planned to be opened in Taylor ( at the boundary of Snowflake and Taylor ) but they are behind and I don't know when that will come up.

it is a small town of Mormons and Christians, very easy going and friendly people.

There is no developed rental property there, like apt, but at this time based on market condition I am sure there will be many available to rent, but that is my own conclusion only.
