There is both types of construction in Essex Pointe, yet the majority of it is frame. There are some concrete block constructed homes there as well. Of the two homes that are presently available, both are of frame construction. Both do have their advantages. It's a mix of both, the best way to find out if you are leaning toward brick or wood is to get a Realtor to set you up with homes in the area from the Auto-MLS and put in you criteria of price, size, brick or wood etc...
