Yes, there are many lease option homes available in Cape Coral, Florida. This works out great for those with credit challenges or those who may not be 100% sure about the area but who would like to lock in a price to buy.

You can buy a lease option home with as little as $3,000 down. Typically the seller will require $5-7,000/down. Monthly payments can be as low as $1,000 but again, typically a buyer should expect payments around $1500-1700 for a typical new 3/2/2 in Cape Coral.

This is something very comon and a few companies that only work with investors buying thier model home then putting rent to own buyers in them. They are not doing very well right now because rentals are so inexpensive you almost want to sell your home and rent. You will also have some very motivated sellers that are willing to do what they can to sell.
Hope this helps,
Nancy
