Anyone know name of neighborhood on Lake Michigan by St Joeseph with large pastel Southern style houses?
We found the neighborhood while driving through St. Joseph/Benton harbour area, it was right on the lake, had a clubhouse, the houses I believe were mostly all 2 story I think and were built to resemble old Southern style homes and had names of southern places, I think? It has been probably 5 or 6 years since I saw it. The houses I believe were sided in pastel colors of pink, peach, green and blue. I am looking for name of subdivision and where it is located.
PS....It is Churchill Farms. Search http://www.swmric.com for a property and fill in MLS 2827295 as a search criteria and it will bring up a house. It's already under contract, but should confirm that this is the neighborhood.
Just moved from the area and I want to say it was something like Churchill Farms, but could be totally wrong. I always just called it the easter egg community based on the colors. It is just north of Maiden Lane off of Lakeshore Dr. I believe the turnoff is Churchill Drive. If you mapquest chruchill drive in 49085 I'd guess it would come up.
