Dan, Home Buyer in Seattle, WA

Anyone have a recommendation for an agent to assist with a move to Seattle?

Asked by Dan, Seattle, WA Tue Jul 13, 2010

Moving to Seattle from out of state. Looking for an agent to help me get oriented to the neighborhoods, find immediate temporary housing, and then permanent housing. I'm considering buying but MAY NOT, or may, but not for a year, and so the agent must provide advice on renting and buying. Looking for a technically savvy (numbers oriented) agent with expertise in downtown and the two mile radius around it. Recommendations anyone? Thanks!

Shoot me an email-- I have a client who wants to rent their condo located on lower Queen Anne-- Enjoy getting oriented to the great neighborhoods of Seattle—each quite unique. You can walk everywhere from this location—even into the city blocks away.
The Arts, McCaw Hall, Theater, cinema, café’s, restaurants & strong coffee :) The *Key Arena is one block away.

***Follow me on Twitter to get a feel for a few close-in neighborhoods. Make sure you scroll down to find the close in areas: Belltown, Wallingford, Fremont, Queen Anne, Capitol Hill, Eastlake, Lake Union-is a good start.

Hi Dan,

Aaron Schreiner also gave me your contact info. I'm a numbers driven, and results oriented agent. I am also Yelp reviewed. Here is my yelp page if you'd like. My specialty is in-city Seattle. In fact, I just closed on a house in Wallingford, and just solidified a deal in Belltown (downtown). Happy to talk with you anytime!

Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi Dan,
I'm Erik Bee, Aaron Schriner gave you my contact info.
I would just like to reach out to you in case you still need a Real Estate professional to help you through your relocation process. I can only imagine that relocating to a new city could be a bit overwhelming.

im currently a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and Licensed Real Estate Agent. I've been licensed as an Appraiser for the last 11 years and a Real Estate Agent for the past 8 months. And I'm also an active Real Estate Investor and Redeveloper in the greater Seattle area. I feel like I can be a good fit for your Real Estate needs.

Feel free to contact me, I would like to help you with your search.
I hope to meet you soon

We've worked with a lot of professional and knowledgeable realtors in Seattle. I can recommend 2 immediately. They have great experience and one of them was an appraiser and real estate investor before becoming an agent. Check them out.

Been Contributing here at Trulia for awhile now and I do not recommend Agents lightly..Please check my Profile to determine how much value you wish to give my suggestion...http://www.trulia.com/profile/armchairquarterback/

Based on Comments made ect. in this Forum I would suggest you look at Sam DeBord...Check out his Profile/Comments and contact him to see what he says...He has always been consistent in his Opinions and concerns for Consumer access to info and their rights...Send him an email, see what he says
