I work more in nearby Lake Land'Or than Lake Caroline, but I'm still seeing regular price decreases on the MLS in this area. One of my clients in Lake Caroline decided to rent their home and then try again in a couple of years. I know that they were fortunate financially to be able to go that route.
Not yet. Generally speaking, our market here is somewhat steady, but with declining values due to an excess of foreclosures selling. Foreclosures, however, are a small percentage of the overall homes for sale. I have had three "normal" sellers go under contract in the last few months, but their prices were in line with the competition.
