Don't be surprised if Agents don't rush in to assist you or offer there "expertise" where Lease-to-Own deals are concerned. Many of them aren't really big fans of them because they don't understand them or don't want to have to wait for their commissions.

Typically, and each area is a little different, you can expect your lease payments to be around $1600-$1800 for a lease-to-own. The reason for this is that your mortgage payments + taxes + insurance will end up being close to that amount when you go to get financed.
